Party like it's 1912 with the Last Dinner Served on the Titanic! Kitchen Conservatory is hosting a centennial recreation of the first-class dinner menu on that fateful night.

Commemorate the centennial of the sinking of the Titanic this Thursday, April 12 at 6:30 pm at by feasting on the last dinner served in the first-class dining room. Exactly one hundred years ago, the luxury ship sank with a kitchen full of sumptuous foods and a crew of top-notch chefs.

Join this hands-on cooking class to recreate the most exceptional dishes from 1912. Work side-by-side with the chef in making asparagus salad with saffron vinaigrette, lightly poached salmon with rich mousseline sauce garnished with cucumber, filet mignon Lili with a buttery wine sauce and topped with a slice of seared foie gras, poulet Lyonnaise - one of the most delicious dishes on the menu, plus Escoffier's punch romaine - a delightful champagne ice flavored with citrus.
