Steve Cousins Re-Elected RCGA General Counsel

Steven N. Cousins, an Armstrong Teasdale partner, was recently re-elected to a new 3-year term on the Regional Commerce and Growth Association Board of Directors. He was also re-elected to serve on the 2013 Executive Committee as general counsel.

Cousins has a national practice and reputation in the areas of bankruptcy, reorganization and restructuring. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and is the founder of and currently serves as the co-chair of the Financial Restructuring, Reorganization and Bankruptcy practice group.

Listed for more than 15 years in The Best Lawyers in America® for his work in bankruptcy and creditor-debtor rights law, Cousins received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1980 and B.A. from Yale University in 1977.
