Clayton Police Blotter: Burglar Enters House, Grabs Keys

The Clayton Police Department reported the following incidents on its website.

July 18

• Two bicycles were reported taken from an unsecured garage in the 6300 block of Alexander Drive.

July 20

• A burglary was reported in the 6400 block of Alamo Avenue. A person is suspected of forcing entry to a residence through the front door, taking the resident's car keys and leaving with the resident's vehicle. The person is suspected of having taken the keys after being confronted by the resident. Police later located the suspect and took the suspect into custody.
