Clayton Police Blotter: Two Wallets and a Bike Reported Stolen

The following arrest information was supplied by the Clayton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The reported the following incidents in an email.

May 16

  • A wallet was reported stolen from a business near Big Bend Road and Wydown Boulevard. The wallet had been left in plain view in an unlocked and unattended room.

May 17

  • Several cleaning-supply products and sodas were reported stolen from a business in the 7700 block of Bonhomme Avenue. Police had identified a suspect.
  • A wallet was reported stolen from a purse at a business in the 7800 block of Forsyth Boulevard. The purse had been left in plain view in an unlocked and unattended room.
  • A bicycle was reported stolen near Founders Way and University Avenue. The bike had been left unsecured and was visible from the street.

  • Several beauty-supply products were stolen from a business in the 6700 block of Clayton Road. The suspect was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
