Danielle Lukens with Northwestern Mutual in Clayton, MO Named Internship Development Officer

ST. LOUIS, MO, June 3, 2015 – Danielle Lukens has been named Internship Development Officer for the Northwestern Mutual Network Office in Clayton, MO. Lukens will oversee the Internship Program for the network and district offices to include Cape Girardeau, MO, Chesterfield, MO, Clayton, MO and Fairview Heights, IL.

She had previously served as Director of Campus Selection.

The Internship Development Officer is responsible for ensuring sustainable and incremental growth of Northwestern Mutual’s nationally recognized internship program.

This includes building sustainable systems, infrastructure, and providing accountability around the core 4 key internship drivers including Recruiting, Productivity, Conversion and Leadership Development.
