Data: Three Left Richmond Heights Accident Scenes in June
It's one of the findings listed in traffic-accident data released recently by the Richmond Heights Police Department.

The Richmond Heights Police Department recently posted three documents to its website that detail traffic accidents that happened in the city in June.
One document ranks the number of accidents by location; another identifies the time of day and day of the week on which accidents happened; and the final file describes the severity of each accident.
Here are 10 numbers to know from those reports:
- 0 — Fatal accidents in Richmond Heights
- 72 — Total accidents to which the department responded
- 23 — Injuries that resulted from accidents
- $1.89 million — Approximate losses, in dollars, caused by lost productivity and expenses resulting from accidents in the city
- 7 — Percentage of accidents that happened on a Sunday, the lowest-accident day of the week
- 21 — Percentage of accidents that happened on a Thursday, the highest-accident day of the week
- 0 — Percentage of accidents that happened between midnight and 12:59 a.m., 1 and 1:59 a.m., 3 and 3:59 a.m., 4 and 4:59 a.m., 5 and 5:59 a.m., 10 and 10:59 p.m. and 11 and 11:59 p.m., the lowest-accident times of day
- 14 — Percentage of accidents that happened between 1 and 1:59 p.m. and 4 and 4:59 p.m., the highest-accident times of day.
- 22 — Total number of accidents recorded by Richmond Heights police for Highway 40. It had the highest volume of accidents out of any road documented by the police.
- 3 — Total number of accidents in which a person involved left the scene
