Dress for Success Worldwide affiliates to benefit from Month-Long #GivingTuesday Celebration

St. Charles, MO (December 19, 2013): Dress for Success Midwest has partnered with Dress for Success Worldwide and QVC to extend #GivingTuesday beyond the one day of encouraged goodwill, offering supporters the opportunity to give back for an entire month, from December 3, 2013 through January 3, 2014.

Customers will have the ability to purchase a $10 donation for Dress for Success Worldwide, just as they would buy any other item via QVC.com and mobile platforms. The item number to donate to Dress for Success is S7125.
QVC will match up to $150,000 in donations. For every dollar donated over $150,000, Dress for Success Worldwide will share 20 percent of the funds with Dress for Success affiliates including Dress for Success Midwest.
Dress for Success will use "Give Joy” funds to continue providing professional attire, support, and career development tools to women to help them thrive in work and life.
“The holidays can be exceptionally hard for women who have no steady income,” said Joi Gordon, CEO of Dress for Success Worldwide. “Through this campaign, QVC is helping to raise funds and awareness for our mission at a time when it is needed most and is ultimately helping us get more women back to work.”
