Halloween in the Central West End includes activities during the day for children and in the evening for adults. The daytime activities include an amazing children’s parade at 11 a.m. and then a pet parade at 1 p.m.
In the evening the adults compete for best costume, which includes cash prizes, along with the costume party, which is expected to attract more than 25,000 people.
