On Monday, October 24 at 7 p.m., internationally known Russian pianist Olga Kern will be featured with Saint Louis Symphony Concertmaster David Halen in an unforgettable evening of music written to be dedicated to a legendary love and to the memory of a lost friend.
The auditorium at the stunning new Centene Plaza at 7700 Forsyth in the heart of Clayton plays host to this private event -- a setting as unique as the music itself.
David and Olga will be joined by Saint Louis Symphony musicians to present Schumann's Piano Quintet, dedicated to his life-long love Clara, and Shostakovich's Second Trio, dedicated to the composer’s closest friend who he lost suddenly.
