Together parents and children will participate in a fun and safe workout designed to improve cardiovascular health, increase muscle strength, and enhance balance and stability. Please no children under the age of 8. This class takes place at Memorial Park in Brentwood (8600 Strassner Drive, Brentwood, MO 63144). Please register by 2/23.
