Come to THE HEIGHTS as we light up the night and welcome the 2012 Holiday Season. The City of Richmond Heights joins other participating cities as we "flip the switch" promptly at 6:15p.m. There will be refreshments, entertainment, giveaways and kids holiday art activiites.
