Join the Journey is the signature event of The Little Bit Foundation, a St. Louis-based nonprofit "committed to helping disadvantaged school children by creating a positive impact for personal growth, increasing self-esteem and encouraging a more focused and active learning environment," its website states.
There will be live entertainment by jazz guitarist Javier Mendoza and DJ Steve Meier, cuisine from local restaurants, a silent auction of children's artwork and a live auction of destination pacakages conducted by internationally renowned Ivey-Selkirk Auctioneers.
