‘Night Of Blue’ Brings Blue Sushi, Desserts, Martinis And Live Blues To The Lobby Lounge At The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis

With the $1 million renovation to The Lobby Lounge now
complete, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis is offering a once-a-week special evening that perfectly reflects the new “Rhythm and Martinis” club ambiance of the iconic Clayton gathering spot.

 “Night of Blue” happens every Thursday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and features a bountiful array of blue desserts and blue sushi, with a backdrop of – what else? – blues music performed live.  And to further set the cool, relaxed mood,
The Lobby Lounge will be bathed in blue, as will the front drive of the Clayton luxury hotel.


The assortment of desserts and sushi offerings is $35 per
person and includes such treats as:



  • Blue Fin Tuna Sashimi

  • The Ritzcarlton Roll

  • Black & Blueberry Trifle

  • Blue Curacao & Sea Salt Truffle

  • Blue Satin Cheese Cake

  • Blue Razz Pate de Fruit

  • Chocolate Covered Blueberry Torte


While The Lobby Lounge is legendary for its sushi, it’s also
the local landmark home for everything martini. So of course “Night of Blue” at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis also stars The Lobby Lounge’s unprecedented line-up of martinis and cocktails, with these specially added signature blue martinis:

  • Blues Martini – Plymouth Gin, St. Germaine, House Made Blueberry Syrup

  • Kind of Blue (inspired by the legendary 1959 Miles Davies album) -  Tito’s Hand Made Vodka, Grand Marnier, Blue Curacao, finished with Prosecco

  • Blue Velvet Margarita –Tequila, Cointreau, Home Made Blueberry Syrup, Fresh Lime Juice 



Bands such as the Pennsylvania Blues Band will perform live each night.
