Community Corner

reMAKE @ Sasha's on Shaw

Put a creative twist to your regular ol’ Thanksgiving spread. At this crafty gathering over drinks you’ll transform old materials into beautiful and useful place settings. Learn simple ways to turn leather belts into napkin rings or create a set of decorative wine glass markers. Organize your table this year with place markers made from old books for your guests.

Perennial, a grassroots non-profit, has a mission to teach the St. Louis community to see the creative potential in items they might normally throw away. With all materials provided and instructors on hand to guide you, you’ll leave reMAKE ready to set your Thanksgiving table with style!

Perennial will hold its monthly meet up on Thursday, November 15th from 5:30pm – 7:30pm, at Sasha’s on Shaw. A little gem nestled in the Shaw Neighborhood, Sasha’s offers a wide range of fine wines and delicious sweet and savory crepes. You could spend hours making yourself at home among comfy couches circling a fireplace or gathering around the fire pit out on the patio.
