Birthday cake, balloons and a whole lot more will add sparkle to the opening ceremony for the 100th anniversary celebration for the City of Richmond Heights. The opening ceremony will include the unveiling of the municipality's centennial logo, a pinning ceremony for city officials and first responders, and a presentation by Esley Hamilton, historian for St. Louis County.
