Start the new year out right by improving your health! This 8-week class offers practical, effective strategies to better balance demands on your life & reduce stress. Managing life’s stress in a healthy way allows you to take better care of all aspects of your health – body, mind, and spirit. Each week we will explore topics through small group discussion, self-reflection, and activities. You will learn strategies to help counteract habits that may be limiting your ability to lead a healthier life. Instructor is Mary Wissmann, MU Extension Nutrition & Health Education Specialist. The class will be held on the 10th floor, Room 1009.
