The Big Talks is a dramatic, comedic, educational one-man show about parents talking to their teens about sex! Written and performed by award-winning solo theater performer Tim Collins and funded through a JF Roblee Foundation grant to the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Partnership, The Big Talks is an exciting "theatrical conversation" depicting the difficulties and dilemmas that parents might face when talking to their children about sex and healthy sexuality. The Big Talks demonstrates effective ways in which parents, family members, and educators can reach out and make themselves available to their kids, and ways in which parents (and teens) can be prepared to have one of the many Big Talks.
Forty-five minute performance followed by a discussion facilitated by certified sexuality educator, Allison Hile, M.A. An educational and entertaining evening for educators, activists, parents & their teens.
