The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis is offering an experience that will make this Mother’s Day a true treasure.  It’s the “Diamonds and Pearls” Mother’s Day Brunch featuring a lavish array of delicious treats designed to show mom just how precious she is to her family.

The “Diamonds and Pearls” Mother’s Day Brunch at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis promises an elaborate array of dazzling offerings and appropriately themed gastronomical gems, including: 

• Variety of caviars and roes pearls with garnish


• Rock shrimp, diamond vegetable pavé, chorizo


• Pearl cous cous salad, shallot vinaigrette, basil


• Eggs Benedict


• Sushi assortment


• Bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin


• Mandarin orange duck crepinette


• Children’s buffet with pizza, chicken tenders, mac n cheese, and ham and cheese sandwiches


• The Ritz-Carlton “Famously Decadent Mother’s Day Dessert Extravaganza,” including Mother of Pearl dessert; Tapioca Pearls, vanilla and mango; Frangelico Tiramisu, Pecan Pie, New York Cheesecake – over 20 treats in all
