Students will have the opportunity to create a variety of whimsical, aerial sculptures inspired by artists such as Alexander Calder and Dale Chihuly. We will use simple materials to explore shapes, form, and motion; and learn to problem-solve and construct visually dynamic pieces. Our class will conclude with an exhibition and reception. This class is for young artists 9–14 years old.
