Feedback Sought on Richmond Heights Police Performance
A public information session is planned for Aug. 29 in the city's court room.

Richmond Heights residents and others will have the opportunity to offer comment on the city's police department later this month as part of an assessment to verify that the office follows professional standards, the city announced in a public notice.
The public information meeting is planned at 7 p.m. Aug. 29 at the , 7447 Dale Ave., and will allow members of the public and the opportunity to speak.
All comments are limited to 10 minutes and "must address the agency's ability to maintain compliance" with standards set by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA). Those standards fall under four categories:
- policy and procedures
- administration
- operations
- support services
