- Missouri's Sales Tax Holiday Weekend is this week. If you are doing back-to-school shopping the weekend of Aug. 2-4, the State of Missouri waives sales tax on many items. For more information, see ourΒ previous story.
- The Richmond Heights Police will hold a walk and talk on Terrace Drive Wednesday from 7-8 p.m.
- Clayton's Ward II aldermen will hold their monthly Ward II coffee from 4-5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 4, at the Starbucks on Wydown.Β
- Sen. Maria Chappelle-Nadal will hold aΒ constituent help sessiononΒ Sunday, Aug. 4, fromΒ 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.Β atΒ University City Public LibraryΒ (6701 Delmar Blvd., University City 63130).
- TheΒ SLIFF/KidsΒ - Cinema St. Louisβ free family event continues this weekend. TheΒ First Annual St. Louis International Childrenβs Film FestivalΒ will offer film programs, camps, and a workshops Aug. 2-4. Many of the events will be held at Washington University.Β
