Five Things: Richmond Heights Centennial

The City of Richmond Heights is celebrating its 100th birthday in 2013. It was incorporated on Dec. 13, 1913.  

Richmond Heights is celebrating with events throughout the year. Here are five upcoming Centennial events.

1. Centennial Concert at The Boulevard — Erin Bode performs at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9. Bella and Lily open the show at 6 p.m.
2. Centennial Concert at The Boulevard — Billy Peek performs at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23. Petty Cash Junction opens the show at 6 p.m.
3. The Centennial Festival is two-day event in October, however the art show will be held Oct. 12. 
4. The Grand Centennial Festival will be held from 4-9 p.m., Friday, Oct. 11 and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12. The Centennial 5K Run Walk at 8 a.m. 
5. The Centennial Parade will begin at 11 a.m. Oct. 12.
