1st course: Slow braised veal ravioli stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese with a roasted peppercorn demi-glace

2nd course: Baby spring mix tossed in a carrot ginger vinaigrette, grilled Portabello mushrooms, shaved Asiago with sweet Thai chili marinated Shrimp

3rd course: Pork Spedini filled with Italian stuffing, fried spinach, and balsamic roasted potatoes with a tomato soubise sauce

4th course: Strawberry Panna Cotta with chocolate ganache
