Hilliker Corporation Leases Former Electrical Company's Building

Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently leased an electric company’s property to a local marketing company.

Simon Enterprises Co. (S1MCO), a full-service marketing support business, recently leased the property located at 10785 Indian Head Industrial Blvd. The 10,230-square-foot building was the previous home of Habco Electric, a commercial electrical contractors company, which moved to 10420 Baur Blvd.

S1MCO is officially certified as a woman-owned business that specializes in collateral fulfillment and distribution, incentive and sweepstakes execution, database and print management. Founded in 1999, the company is a family-owned and operated business.

Hilliker Corporation broker Will Aschinger represented the landlord, HB Real Estate Properties, LLC, and Block Hawley Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant, Simon Enterprises.
