Hilliker Corporation Sells Self-Storage Facility

Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently sold a property to a private investment group for a self-storage facility.

Midland Storage, a Missouri-based self-storage rental company, bought the facility located at 11210 Midland Blvd. near Lindbergh Blvd. The sale includes 395 self-storage units situated on nearly 3.5 acres of land. The property, previously operating under the name A Storage Inn, is surrounded by fencing and features a gated perimeter. The facility sold within one month of listing.
