Katie Lee's New Restaurant Will Feature Living Wall of Herbs
The second venture from the Katie's Pizzeria owner will also have pastas and sauces made in-house, Sauce Magazine reports.
Katie Lee, and her business partner and fiance Ted Collier, are hard at work on their new space in Rock Hill at 9568 Manchester Rd. Katie's Pizza and Pasta was funded with the help of a successful Kickstarter effort, and backers won't have to wait long to enjoy the fruits of their contributions--the pair is hoping to open in July, Sauce Magazine reports.
The new space will include artisan cooking elements such as a wood-burning oven and living wall of herbs, according to Sauce.
Several foods--from the pastas to sauce and cheeses--will be produced in-house, they report.
