Kennedy Promoted to Asset Manager at St. Louis Equity Fund
Previously served as Assistant Asset Manager at agency promoting low and moderate-income housing.
Cate Kennedy has been promoted to Asset Manager at St. Louis Equity Fund, Inc. (SLEFI). She previously held the title of Asst. Asset Manager.
Kennedy, who has been with SLEFI for six years, is responsible for collecting documents and data from SLEFI’s partners, reviewing each development’s quarterly financial performance and preparing the quarterly portfolio report for SLEFI’s Investors.
SLEFI, founded in 1988, facilitates the development of low and moderate-income housing units throughout Missouri, Southern Illinois and Eastern Kansas. Each year a multi-investor fund consisting of financial institutions and corporations is formed. The proceeds are used to finance the construction of safe, affordable rental housing for low-and moderate-income residents, including those with special needs.
