Legal Services of Eastern Missouri Adds Pair In Connecting Kids to Coverage Program

LSEM hires for their, Connecting Kids to Coverage Program

Elizabeth Larsen and Earlene Bolton have joined Legal Services of Eastern Missouri (LSEM) in the Connecting Kids to Coverage program.

Larsen, who will serve as program director, previously worked on projects for LSEM’s Legal Advocacy for Adults with Mental Illness, the Marketplace Assistance Program and the Public Benefits Program. She also served as an intern at LSEM in the Connecting Kids to Coverage program and the Children’s Legal Alliance.

Larsen received her BA in psychology from Iowa State University and JD with a health law concentration from Saint Louis University School of Law. She also worked as lead editor for the school’s Journal of Health Law and Policy.

Larsen lives in Richmond Heights, Missouri.

Bolton joins LSEM as an Outreach and Enrollment Specialist. Prior to coming to LSEM, Bolton served as a Community Support Specialist for the Queen of Peace Center where she formed professional relationships with many healthcare providers and social service agencies in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

She received her BS in psychology from Truman State University and master’s in health administration from Webster University.

Bolton lives in Ferguson, Missouri.
