Legal Services of Eastern Missouri Receives $60,000 Donation from Dowd Bennett LLP

Legal Services of Eastern Missouri (LSEM) has received a $60,000 donation from Dowd Bennett LLP, a law firm located in Clayton, Missouri.

“Dowd Bennett has been a wonderful supporter of our organization and mission,” said Dan Glazier, Executive Director and General Counsel for LSEM. “We cannot thank the firm enough for this generous donation, which will allow us to provide even more civil legal assistance to our low-income clients.”

Joining Glazier during a donation presentation ceremony at Dowd Bennett were Partners James F. Bennett, Edward L Dowd, Jr. and John C. Danforth (former United States Senator from Missouri).

Legal Services of Eastern Missouri (LSEM) has provided high quality legal assistance in civil cases to the low-income community for 60 years. In 2015, LSEM helped more than 14,000 people (including clients and their household members) in 21 counties of eastern Missouri.
