MRHSD: Student Vaccination Clinics Coming Up On October 8, 29

MRH School District is partnering with the Maplewood Fire Department to bring the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine to our eligible students, ages 12 and older.

MRH COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics will be held on campus for students age 12 and older:

Friday, October 8th - first dose
Friday, October 29th - second dose

Please complete this form by Monday, October 4th if you would like your eligible MRH student to receive the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine. Parents/guardians must also sign a consent form.
