Ozark Foothills Regional Community Foundation Awards Two Grants
Missouri non-profit organizations to utilize funds to make improvements

The Ozark Foothills Regional Community Foundation (OFRCF) recently presented $250 grants to two non-profit organizations, the Carter County Senior Center and the Clearwater School Foundation.
OFRCF is a regional affiliate of the Community Foundation of the Ozarks (CFO), which enhances the region’s quality of life through resource development, community grant making, collaboration and public leadership. Founded in 1973, CFO includes 47 affiliated community foundations and more than 2,600 charitable funds totaling $259 million in assets since its inception.
Located in Van Buren, Mo., the Carter County Senior Center will use the grant to make improvements to its dining room. The $250 grant will be matched with $1,550 of local funding for the $1,800 project. The Clearwater School Foundation will use its grant proceeds to assist in funding its robotics team in order to enter regional competitions.
