Psychological Associates Offers Emotional Intelligence Workshop

Psychological Associates, a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, recently introduced its newest workshop called “Emotional Intelligence: Focus on Self.” The four-hour training program – which utilizes activities focused on building capacity within an organization’s leaders – identifies and optimizes productive patterns of thoughts and emotions as a foundation for choosing effective leadership behaviors.

The workshop highlights the importance of self-awareness in leadership development. Since a fundamental component of building self-awareness is emotional intelligence, the program will address the many facets of identifying and managing one’s own emotions as well as the emotions of others in order to problem solve and productively work with colleagues.
