Ronald McDonald threw out the first pitches, greeted fans and posed for pictures during Wednesday's baseball match-up between the Clayton Greyhounds and Ladue Rams. Ladue won , 5-0.

Proceeds from the event benefited Ronald McDonald House Charities of Metro St. Louis. The organization sponsored the event along with Ladue-Frontenac Patch and Clayton-Richmond Heights Patch.
