Savile Row To Hold Annual Spring Trunk Show

Custom clothier to collect gently used men's clothing and donate to Urban League

Savile Row, a custom clothier and shirt maker for men and women, will hold its annual spring trunk show event Fri., March 11 from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sat., March 12 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Savile Row is located at 8101 Maryland Ave. in Clayton, Mo.

Savile Row president David Shockley, who founded the company in 1985, said the upcoming season’s most popular fashion trends include “three-piece striped suits, boldly designed sport coats, graphic check dress shirts, and bright colors like red that pop.” Shockley and his team of experts will be on hand to assist shoppers in selecting spring attire.

The event will feature exceptional fabrics by Scabal, which mills the finest woolens for made-to-measure menswear since 1938. Jon Hapanowicz, a regional sales manager with Scabal, will be on hand with plenty of quality samples and seasonal advice for shoppers.
