Shoe Carnival Selects Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. to Finish 8,200SF Store at 1325 Highway K in O’Fallon, Mo.
ST. LOUIS – Shoe Carnival is targeting a late September, 2013 opening for its store at 1325 Highway K in O’Fallon, Mo. Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. has been tapped by the Evansville, Ind.-based retailer to transform an existing 8,200-square-foot space located at the corner of Highway K and Mexico Road.
Following interior demolition, Clayton-based Pinnacle will install new lighting, electrical systems, furnishings and fixtures as well as update the storefront entrance as part of the $168,000 space re-make. Joining Pinnacle on the project is St. Louis-based Architectural Design Guild.
The O’Fallon store is the second Pinnacle has finished for Shoe Carnival. Previously, Pinnacle built-out a Shoe Carnival at 14858 Manchester Road in Old Towne Plaza shopping center in Ballwin, Mo.Founded in 1998 in St. Louis, Mo. by Tom McLaughlin, P.E., and serving a national clientele, Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. provides general contracting, construction management and design/build services. It specializes in the design, construction and tenant finish of office and retail space; multi-family properties; education, banking and healthcare facilities; lab and research space; and gaming/hospitality facilities.
