St. Louis County Doctor Abused Women Then Billed Their Insurance
In a previous plea deal, he was sentenced to just one month in jail and 5 years probation. He will be sentenced on new charges in December.

CLAYTON, MO — Howard Setzer has pleaded guilty to multiple counts of sodomy, sexual abuse and assault after patients accused the former St. Louis County doctor of misconduct,the Post-Dispatch reports. That's in addition to a guilty plea several months ago confessing to dozens of similar sex abuse charges in St. Charles County.
According to court documents, Setzer inappropriately undressed and touched women at several sports medicine clinics across St. Louis and St. Charles Counties. He then billed the women's insurance companies for the "treatments."
