St. Louis Equity Fund Promotes Castagno to Vice President
Castagno promoted to Vice President-Asset Management at agency promoting low and moderate-income housing.

Adam Castagno has been promoted to Vice President – Asset Management at St. Louis Equity Fund, Inc. (SLEFI). He previously held the title of Asset Manager – Financial Analyst.
Castagno, who has been with SLEFI since October 2015, is responsible for monitoring the overall operating and financial performance of SLEFI’s real estate portfolio, as well as developments under construction. He will work closely with SLEFI’s partners to ensure that the developments adhere to budgets, schedules, and local, state and Federal regulations. He will collaborate with the finance and construction functions of SLEFI to ensure that project specifications are met, cash flow projections are attainable and investors’ interests are protected. He also assists in underwriting and closing new projects, as well as property dispositions.
SLEFI, founded in 1988, facilitates the development of low and moderate-income housing units throughout Missouri, Southern Illinois and Eastern Kansas. Each year a multi-investor fund consisting of financial institutions and corporations is formed. The proceeds are used to finance the construction of safe, affordable rental housing for low-and moderate-income residents, including those with special needs.
