Today, the City of Clayton announced temporary changes to outdoor dining regulations. The new regulations will be in effect beginning today, May 20, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

The temporary outdoor dining regulations provide for:

  • No-cost permitting
  • Streamlined approval process
  • Ability to expand outdoor dining beyond property lines
  • Ability to use portions of on-premise parking lots for dining
  • Cost savings through relaxed furniture standards

Restaurants must continue to comply with all St. Louis County Health Department guidelines related to occupancy, operations, and social distancing. Restaurants should visit www.stlcorona.com for detailed information.
