Williams Joins Midwest BankCentre's Legal Board of Directors

Erika R. Williams, manager of talent acquisition for BJC HealthCare, has been elected to the Midwest BankCentre Legal Board of Directors.
At BJC, Williams leads human resources recruitment and support for the organization’s professional division.
She is a board member of Beyond Housing as well as a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the United Way Leadership Society. She is an alum of the St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative.

Williams earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Saint Louis University, St. Louis, Mo., and her master’s degree in business administration at Lindenwood University, St. Charles, Mo. She is currently pursuing an additional master’s degree in human resources management at Webster University.
