Yolanda West, program coordinator at Saint Louis Crisis Nursery Centene Center, was recently elected to the St. Louis Council on Child Abuse and Neglect (CoCAN) Board of Directors.
CoCAN promotes advocacy, education and legislative action in order to improve the lives of children at-risk of abuse and neglect. Saint Louis Crisis Nursery provides respite care for children, birth through age 12, who are at-risk of abuse and neglect.
