Peter N. Zeiser has been promoted to president of Midwest BankCentre-St. Louis City Region. The announcement was made by Midwest BankCentre Chairman and CEO Jim Watson.
Zeiser, an industry veteran who joined the bank in 2014 as a vice president, will work to sustain a legacy of superior relationship banking with customers Midwest BankCentre gained via its recently concluded acquisition of Bremen Bank and with existing customers served by the bank’s five branches in St. Louis City. Midwest BankCentre will open a sixth branch in the city later this year at Friendly Temple Missionary Baptist Church in north St. Louis.
“Midwest BankCentre offers increased lending capacities and enhanced services that we are eager to introduce to one-time Bremen customers and employees,” Zeiser said. “We also are eager to connect with community leaders as we collectively pursue the goal of growing commercial business in the City of St. Louis.”
