$25,000 credit now available for custom homes built in Eureka
Custom home builder offering $25,000 credit + $0 closing costs for custom homes under construction contract by February 28, 2017.
Custom home builder Hibbs Homes is now offering at $25,000 credit + $0 closing costs as part of their "New Year, New Home" promotion. The promotion applies only to custom homes built with Hibbs Homes at The Forest at Pevely Farms in Eureka.
The community, located off Highway 44, offers a close connection to nature, and easy access to Highway 44. With an entrance lined by more than 600 towering trees, the community offers some of the most picturesque scenery in the region, with many home sites backing to West Tyson County Park. Custom homes start at $700,000.
