They ruined a $150+ garment purchased in Italy saying that it was unavoidable and that they made it look the best they could, all they had to do was clean a few small spots of white wax and press it but whatever they did caused uneven shrinkage between the 2 materials it is made from causing puckering along all of the seams, didn't tell me when I dropped it off it'd be a problem and I've had it cleaned elsewhere without incident. No apology and didn't work with me on an solution other than offered to re-press it
