CoStar Group Honors Three Cresa Executives As 2012 St. Louis “Office Power Brokers”

ST. LOUIS – Cresa executives Rick Dames, Steve Schmid and Doug Bock have been named to the 2012 St. Louis Power Broker/Office ranking compiled by CoStar Group, the primary provider of commercial real estate information in the U.S.  Cresa St. Louis captured three of the Top 10 slots in CoStar’s ranking, which is based on office lease transactions concluded last year.  

Schmid and Bock also made CoStar’s Top 10 list for 2012 industrial leasing.
