Erin Cizek ‘13 is one of this year's Skippy Keefer Participation & Sportsmanship Award nominees. Erin and her fellow nominees will be honored at a dinner on February 5, 2013 at Forest Hills Country Club. This award, given in honor of Skippy Keefer, longtime athletic director at John Burroughs School and one of the founders of the Metro Women's Athletic Association (MWAA), is given annually to a senior female athlete within the MWAA league who exemplifies the qualities of athletic participation and excellence in sportsmanship.
While at Whitfield, Erin has participated in field hockey (four years), cheerleading (four years), soccer (two years), lacrosse (two years) and cross country (one year). In the fall, Erin will attend Northwestern University.
