NEW PERSONAL FITNESS AND NUTRITION CENTER NOW OFFERING BOOT CAMP

Free Open House trial class for all fitness levels

(ST. LOUIS, Mo. / April 4, 2013) Vatterott College’s Personal Fitness and Nutrition Center is pleased to invite the community to a Boot Camp Open House event on Saturday April 6, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. This Boot Camp is open to all fitness levels and is completely free to the public.

Group participation in a boot camp makes fitness fun, as working out with others is motivating. An additional boot camp day is scheduled for Saturday, April 27. All boot camp sessions are located at the Personal Fitness and Nutrition Center, 9200 Olive Blvd, Suite 112 at the intersection of Price and Olive Boulevard in the Price Crossing Shopping Center.

 “The Boot Camp Open House is an exciting opportunity for us to showcase the skilled and talented instructors teaching at Vatterott’s Personal Fitness and Nutrition Center.  We are very excited about this program and hope to gain new students who are as passionate and enthusiastic about fitness and wellness as we are,” says Jared McGowen, Director of Education, Vatterott Personal Training and Nutrition Center.

The training sessions include four different stations with a trainer. Most exercises do not require equipment and all ability levels are welcome.
