Creve Coeur resident, Brad Scheiter, has joined RubinBrown as a manager in the firm’s Real Estate Services Group. John Herber, CPA, managing partner, made the announcement.
Scheiter provides consulting services to clients investing in a broad range of real estate projects advising primarily on the use of state and federal tax credit incentives programs. Services include tax and deal structuring, and providing financial projections and forecasts for the projects. Scheiter received his bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Missouri at St. Louis. Prior to RubinBrown, Scheiter was employed in the real estate development industry at Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri for over 20 years.
