The St. Louis Office of BioBalance Health Adds Two New Professionals

Jennifer McElfresh and Chrissy Kohlberg have joined the St. Louis office of BioBalance Health as a Cosmetic Nurse Specialist and a Licensed Esthetician respectively.

Jennifer McElfresh, R.N., M.S.N., APRN-BC, Cosmetic Nurse Specialist

McElfresh has extensive experience in dermatology, women’s health, facial plastic surgery, cosmetic injectables, lasers, and a wide variety of cosmeceuticals.  Some of the treatments she offers include: Botox, Juvederm, laser and ablative treatments, and sclerotherapy for unwanted leg veins.  She is able to evaluate a client and apply artistry through her methods to bring rejuvenation to the face and body in a natural replication of youth. McElfresh has an innate ability to use cosmetics/cosmeceuticals/medical aesthetics to help clients regain their youthful appearance. She is committed to ongoing education and training and  regularly attends conferences and clinical workshops to stay on the leading edge of new products and treatment methods.

McElfresh is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri and a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).  She received her Masters degree in Nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis; her Bachelors degree in Nursing from Saint Louis University; and her Bachelors of Arts degree in Biology from Saint Louis University. 

Chrissy Kohlberg, Licensed Esthetician

Kohlberg has more than 10 years of experience in the beauty industry.  She is a licensed medical aesthetician and makeup artist whose expertise is in i-Lipo Fat Reduction, laser hair removal, IPL- sun damage and pigment removal, pixel-laser skin rejuvenation, facials, peels, waxing and body wraps.

Kohlberg is a Missouri licensed esthetician who has gone through advanced training for proper client/patient recommendations relating to home care and treatment procedures.  She is passionate about using products and technology that assists her clients in exceeding their beauty expectations to feel great about themselves.
