BAD Hospitality

The Drury Inn & Suites in Homewood, AL was very disrespectful to lots of stranded people on Tuesday, Jan 28, 2014.  They locked the hotel doors and turned people away that were just trying to get out of the cold due to being stranded in a snow storm.  I will post and let everyone I know to never stay at one of these hotels.  If your employees cannot even have passion for people that are stuck and need somewhere to get warm, then this hotel does not need to be patronized by others.  I would hope that the CEO, etc. would change this policy for all of this hotel chain.  Thank goodness for the Best Western that was next to Drury Inn.  They welcomed everyone to stay in the lobby, dining room, conference room, etc. and actually gave us food because most of us had not eaten since early Tuesday morning.  I applaud Best Western for showing what true hospitality and passion is for others.
