A home away from home for people who travel to St. Louis for medical care. That's HavenHouse.

Babies, toddlers, teens and adults are all welcome. They eat meals cooked with love by Miss Georgia, play basketball in the gym, draw in the art room and play outside on the sprawling grounds. Most of all, they always feel the never-ending positivity of Kathy Sindel, executive director, and her AMAZING team. That. Is. HavenHouse.

They spend so much time helping others, I am now asking you to help them. I'm not asking for money (although donations are always welcome). I'm asking you to take 30 seconds every day from April 2nd through 22nd and go online to vote for HavenHouse in Monsanto's Grow St. Louis contest. HavenHouse is competing against more than 400 St. Louis area non-profits for three grants. Public voting will determine the three winners.

Every year, HavenHouse helps serve more then 3,000 families; approximately 8,100 individuals! If they win, money from the grant will be used to assist those patients and their families. Most of these families are experiencing financial strain, and HavenHouse helps ease many of their burdens.

So please, take a moment each day during the voting period (April 2-22) and give some online love to HavenHouse.
